When can I expect delivery?
We dispatch the vast majority of orders the same working day, for UK deliveries you should expect your order within 3–4 working days. For American and European deliveries please allow an extra 4–5 working days.
Why are mailboxsocks.com items so cheap?
In many cases we buy directly from the manufacturers, we buy in bulk quantities which allows us to pass on the savings to you!
Can I return my purchase?
Yes! We offer a no quibble return policy for all purchases within 28 days if unopened and unused, please note we cannot refund return postal costs unless the return is due to the item being faulty.

Is delivery FREE?
Yes! All orders for delivery within the UK are FREE. We do accept overseas orders and dispatch using Air Mail or Courier service, the delivery fee will be (GBP) £4.95.
